How to make a booking
To find out if the date you wish to book is available please complete and submit all sections of the booking enquiry. We will then confirm availability and quote you the applicable hourly rate within 3 working days.
Once you have confirmation please complete and submit the hire agreement form, confirming that you accept out terms and conditions. Elizabeth, our Lettings Manager will then provisionally add your booking to the calendar. She will be happy to help you and answer any questions you have. Your booking will be confirmed once payment is received as detailed in the invoice you are sent.
*Please note that hirers must be over the age of 18.

Prices & Other Information
The rates for hiring the hall are priced per hour and are as follows:
Monday to Thursday, from 7am to 10pm
- Commercial: £16
- Standard: £13
- Long Melford residents: £10 (Private Hire only)
Friday, Saturday and Sunday, from 7am until midnight:
- Commercial: £19
- Standard: £16
- Long Melford residents: £13 (Private Hire only)
A full refund will only be given if a cancellation is made more than 30 days before a booking. Please see the Terms and Conditions below for full details.
