Function Room
The main hall is 17 metres long x 8 metres wide with an additional width of 3 metres on one side. The stage is 8 metres wide x 4 metres deep.
Attendance is limited to 150 people for dances and 200 people for seated audiences. We can offer 51 tables and a total of 197 chairs
WiFi (kindly provided free of charge by Gigaclear) is available to all users of the hall.
For meetings a drop-down screen and projector are available free of charge. A sound system including public address can be hired for an additional charge. A hearing loop is also available.

Kitchen
The hire of the hall includes the use of its fully equipped kitchen. This includes a large electric cooker, tea urn, fridge, trolley, plates, glasses, mugs/cups and cutlery.
There is also a large serving hatch linking the kitchen to the main hall, making serving food and drinks easier at your party or event.
Bar
There is a fully equipped bar available upon request, should you wish alcohol to be offered at your event. We have recently partnered with Stour Valley catering to run the bar.
When the bar is open all drinks, including soft drinks, must be purchased from the bar. As this is a fully licensed premises ’bring your own’ is not legally permitted.
Accessibility
The hall is fully accessible to wheelchairs and mobility scooters via the ramp at the front door or through the rear doors.
There is an accessible toilet which accommodates wheelchair users and also incorporates a baby changing facility.
