Adults: £5 Children £3 (aged 7-16)
This class will focus on breathing gently into poses to softly relieve tension while promoting a sense of calm and wellbeing. To finish with a guided meditation to achieve mental, emotional and physical healing and stress relief.
Children (aged 7-17yrs) are welcome. You will need to bring your own mat and a blanket. Wear comfy clothing and bring a bottle of water. (i have new spare mats. If you need one, please let me know.)
