Whats on in Long Melford, Suffolk

11th December

Behind any great man, there’s always a greater woman. Forty years spent sacrificing her own talent, dreams and ambitions to fan the flames of her charismatic husband and his skyrocketing literary career. Ignoring his infidelities and excuses because of his “art”, their fateful pact has built a marriage upon uneven compromises. She questions those life choices as she travels to Stockholm to see her husband receive the Nobel Prize for Literature.

In the decaying steel mill town of Sheffield in Northern England, six unemployed steel workers decide to form their own male exotic dance troupe. The women cheer them on to go for “the full monty” – total nudity.

April 1917, the Western Front. Two British soldiers are sent to deliver an urgent message to an isolated regiment. If the message is not received in time the regiment will walk into a trap and be massacred. To get to the regiment they will need to cross through enemy territory. Time is of the essence and the journey will be fraught with danger.

After two Chicago musicians witness the St. Valentine’s Day massacre, they want to get out of town and get away from the gangster responsible, Spats Colombo. Desperate to get a gig out of town they join an all-girl band heading to Florida. They show up at the train station as Josephine and Daphne. Mayhem ensues as the two men try to keep their true identities hidden and Spats Colombo and his crew show up for a meeting with several other crime lords.
